Please find the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as „terms“) concerning a Premium-Account on racement.com, ixsdownhillcup.com, rookiescup.bike and dirtmasters-festival.de. These terms are between you and racement.com (racement.com is the website of the Racement GmbH and includes the participation´s management of all listed events) and govern our respective rights and obligations. These terms and the terms and conditions of the website, as well as all other limitations of liabilities form the statutory framework concerning the Premium-Account membership.
Please note that your use of the websites of all the above-mentioned domains and the Premium-Account membership are also governed by our general terms and conditions and the privacy policy. If you sign up for a Premium-Account membership, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please study these terms carefully.
Benefit of registration for series
Premium account members have the possibility to register for whole race series. Our Individual race series are the iXS European Downhill Cup, the iXS Downhill Cup and the PROPAIN Rookies Cup. The registration for these series will be enabled in a previously released period before the first race. Contingents in regard to the participation numbers will be determined and announced for each individual class. The admission for a series will be granted only if the maximum of the participations in the respective class has not yet been reached. The registration for a series is only possible in combination with the cancellation insurance available. The registration will be valid when the registration process is completed and the payment was made. If the registered participant cannot attend the race, there is no right to reclaim the registration fee. If the conditions of the cancellation cost insurance are complied with, the participant can reclaim the fee from the insurance company. The conditions can be accessed during the registration process, as well as downloaded from the download section at any time.
SMS-Service with personal race information
Premium account members will receive notifications via SMS to their respective telephone number. The SMS service contains information about timetables and results of the participant at the respective race. Please keep in mind that the participant will be responsible for possible problems with settings of his or her device and the regulations of the network provider, especially abroad. The participant has to bear possible fees. The SMS service can be activated by the participant in his or her personal profile, if a mobile number was added under Options, the service is active. The notifications in the text messages are to be regarded as additional information. If the information of the text message should however not correspond with the official start and result lists, the information in these lists will always be binding.

Other limitations
The registration for a Premium Account membership is an additional offer. The right to accept or refuse membership is reserved in our discretion. The contract is valid, if the user received a confirmation e-mail.
You may not transfer or assign your Premium Account membership or any Premium Account benefits.
Racement has the right in its sole discretion to add or remove Premium Account membership benefits.
Contract period and termination
Your Premium Account membership is a subscription with a term of 12 months. The membership expires automatically after one year for further 12 months, unless you have cancelled the membership. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your membership will be extended.
You can discontinue your membership at your profile. Please log in and click on „Premium“. You will find the button „Discontinue the subscription“. You have to discontinue the subscription 3 days before the date of expiry of your yearly membership.
Cancellation right
You may cancel your Prime membership within the first 14 days after your registration. In that case, we will refund your full membership fee, as far as you did not use any Premium Account benefits so far. You can exercise your right of withdrawal in written form with an unmistakable declaration about your decision to: Racement GmbH, Bücheloher Str. 20, 98693 Ilmenau, Deutschland
You have to mail the letter within the period of 14 days to observe the deadline.
Fees and renewal
The annual membership fee (365 days) for Premium Account memberships is EUR 19,95. The fee will be paid via PayPal. The participant accepts the conditions of PayPal and consents to the process of paying the fee. The fee for further periods will be automatically debited from the PayPal account of the user.
Promotional trial memberships
Racement has the right to offer certain customers various trial or other promotional memberships, which are subject to these terms, despite stated otherwise in the promotional offers.
Agreement changes
We may in our discretion change these terms or the scope of services of the Premium Account membership. In case of changes we will inform all Premium Account members. The members have the right to dissent within 14 days per mail. If you do not dissent, you accept the changes and the new terms automatically. Increases in the price enter into force as from the next period. If any change to these terms is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, this does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions.
Termination by us
We may terminate your Premium Account membership at our discretion and to refund your money. However, there will not be any refund in case of a proper reason like the violation of terms, fraud or misuse of your account. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Limitation of liability
In no event of grossly negligent or willful breach of duty will we or our directors, employees or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Premium Account. Limited to the amount of damages foreseeable and typical for the respective contract, we shall be liable for damages that are caused by the slightly negligent violation of essential contractual obligations.
Force majeure
In the event of system faults due to force majeure or unpredictable operating disruptions we are released from our obligations.
