Series registrations are back

After the series registration had to be paused in 2020 and 2021 for well-known reasons, it was at least allowed to take place in a slimmed-down form last year. Fortunately, this year everything seems to be normal again, so that the racing season can be planned much better now.

The series registration for all our cups will open on February 2, 2023, at 5 p.m.For the EDC, it will remain open until the registration deadline for the first race in Losinj, unless the race is already fully booked. In the DHC and RDC, the series registration will remain open until the regular registration for the races in Winterberg opens. The reason for this is that according to the experiences of the last few years, the races in Winterberg are already fully booked shortly after the opening of registration, and then the waiting list would apply.

To be able to complete a series registration for the iXS Downhill Cup, you must select at least five of the six races. Of course, you can also register for all six races, which would allow you to benefit from a drop-out result if something doesn't go according to plan. Since the iXS European Downhill Cup only consists of four races anyway, there will be no possibility for a drop result. Therefore, if you want to do a series registration in the EDC, you have to register for all four races of the series.

With a scenic landscape and pleasant temperatures, Losinj represents a perfect venue for the start of the European Cup.

Also the youngsters can finally look forward to a faster registration process this year, as a series registration will be possible for the Rookies Cup and the VPACE Kids Cup. The only exception is the U11 class of the Rookies Cup. Here, unfortunately, no series registration will be possible because this class will not be offered in Saalbach. Everybody else must enter all races for the series registration. In addition to the five races of the series, there will be the Int. Rookies Champs in Schladming again this year. The riders of the VPACE Kids Cup are allowed to be a bit more flexible in their planning. Here, at least two of the five races must be selected in order to do a series registration.

The kids can also count on a series registration and have to choose only a minimum of two races.

The series registration is only available to premium account members. So, if you want to do a series registration, you have to get a premium account, if you don't have one already. The premium membership enables further advantages, such as the upload possibility of pictures and sponsor logos, the display of old results as well as the SMS information service on races about results and starting times.
