The winners of the EDC 2024 have been known for a while, but we've put them together again for you in a clear graphic format. The season included some exciting locations throughout Europe. In five races, extremely challenging tracks with very different weather conditions had to be tackled. The winners of the respective classes have definitely earned their titles and will go down in the long history of the iXS Downhill Cup.
The iXS Downhill Cup is older than most of its participants. Very few people know about the beginnings of this successful mountain bike downhill series, which was founded back in 2003 and has been flying the flag for the best sport in the world for over two decades now. Here we take a look back at its history.
Starting next season, there will be an additional class for women in the iXS European Downhill Cup. The Pro Masters female class will be introduced as the last remaining equivalent to the classes for male participants.
At the end of each season, we review and evaluate the past year. We also look at a lot of statistical data so that we can respond to certain developments if necessary. Time and again, we notice a few facts that might be interesting, at least for the nerds among you.
