The 2009 season is just around the corner and preparations are in full swing. This year the iXS Downhill Cups will cover a grand total of 18 races. In addition to the established national series in Germany and Switzerland the iXS European Downhill Cup will be entering its second round. The dates are as follows:

30.-31.05.2009              iXS European Downhill Cup #1  Verbier (CH)

11.-12.07.2009              iXS European Downhill Cup #2  Leogang (AUT) (simultaneously Austrian Championships)

15.-16.08.2009              iXS European Downhill Cup #3  Châtel (FRA)

12.-13.09.2009              iXS European Downhill Cup #4  Bischofsmais (GER)

The iXS Rookies Cup has also been expanded to include Switzerland and will now cover a total of 5 locations. Following the relaunch of the official Internet site all the information will be available at www.ixsdownhillcup.com. The site will still have its familiar appearance; however there have been some modifications. It is up to the site’s visitors to find out what exactly the changes are.
